His responsiveness was incredible. I purchased a newly renovated condo with a 3 day closing over a long weekend, so it wasn’t a straightforward deal!

Vasu did an incredible amount of information gathering about the process, status of city, and reviewing all the documents. The delivery of the information was straightforward: present the info and talk about pros/cons/strategy for moving forward.
