A Little About Me

Hi, I'm Vasu.

I’m a REALTOR® with Royal Pacific Riverside Realty Ltd., helping buyers and sellers across Surrey, Delta, Langley and White Rock.

My background is in accounting and finance, and that still affects the way I look at real estate today. I like understanding the numbers, comparing the options and making sure my clients know what they’re getting into before they make a big decision.

I especially enjoy working with first-time buyers and homeowners who are ready for more space. Both situations come with plenty of questions, and I think that’s completely normal.

My approach is pretty straightforward: listen carefully, give honest advice and stay involved from our first conversation through completion.

My accounting and finance background means I naturally pay attention to more than just the listing price. I want to understand how a property fits your plans, your budget and what you’re actually trying to accomplish.
